THE INTERIORS
The glass window of the main entrance, from which you can admire the view and the pool, leads you into the OPEN SPACE with a relaxation area consisting of a large sofa, armchair and a set of coffee tables. Soft lighting and magazines will brighten the moments spent inside Casa Zeli. Flat-screen TV and a small library are provided and, on request for gaming lovers, it is possible to install a PS4 console with simulator. The KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need for cooking and setting the table: induction hob, ventilated electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and freestanding refrigerator with freezer compartment with a retro feel. A large solid wood table with industrial lines will allow you to enjoy the chef service and home cooking classes. In the living area there is a bathroom with shower. Throughout the living area, sunshades are installed to ensure shade even during the hottest months.
Continuing on, we enter the sleeping area consisting of TWO BEDROOMS.
THE PEACOCK ROOM is the main one and has a private bathroom with shower. Double bed 160x200 with breathable memory mattress, 7 comfort zones and cotton linens for a regenerating sleep. It is completed by two bedside tables and a large wardrobe. From the room, thanks to a French door, you can access the garden or the pool area directly. The room is equipped with mosquito nets.
THE BAMBOO ROOM is the second double bedroom with adjacent bathroom. This room can be converted into two single beds 80x200 with breathable memory mattress, 7 comfort zones and cotton linens for a regenerating sleep, upon request. It is completed by two bedside tables and a wardrobe. From this room too, thanks to a French door, you can access the garden or the pool area directly. The bathroom for this room is shared with the living area. The room is equipped with a mosquito net.
POOL AND GARDEN FOR EXCLUSIVE USE
A large fully fenced lawn surrounds Casa Zeli. The area overlooking the pool is shaded thanks to breathable sails with a contemporary design, here you will find a table and chairs for outdoor dining while enjoying the view of the surrounding countryside. A small lounge area leads to the pool area.
In-ground pool 3.5 by 10 meters, solar shower and large sun terrace furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs, tables and umbrella, complete the outdoor area of your home in Tuscany.
